Taking on a little water...

Retaining water... words every woman knows and hates with equal passion. How on the heck is out possible to carry so much weight in just fluids?

I went to the grocery store today. Lots of fruits and veggies to juice and absorb over the next few days! I've completely lost it on my water intake for about a week now. I hardly drank what... maybe 30oz in water? (My goal is at least 100oz) Its so easy to slowly fall of track and so hard to get back on, right? I've allowed myself a few sodas (I know they are garbage. :/) and substituted tea or other beverages because ... because well... water is BORING, OK? Water is the beige of all beverages! .... and apparently my lack of said beige beverage is why I retain fluid....

Until at least this weekend, "just water, please.'' Is all my brain will know. Water water water!.... and don't tell me about adding chopped fruit to my water. Seriously... put a dress on a ham, its still a ham! (I have no idea where that came from... but you get my point, right? ...Gotta love the south!) Water will always be the better and healthier choice for me... but it will never be the favorite choice.

I've tried crystal lite and I like it, but the artificial sugars do weird things with my body and I don't like it... so I try to stay away from them when possible.

What about you? How do you get in your water ozs daily?  How do you get rid of excess water in your body?
