Good morning! Today I'm thankful for willpower. Thanks giving was wonderful. I missed my husband but I so enjoyed seeing everyone in my family together and happy. Thank you God for the many blessings in my life! I am overwhelmed by the abundance of your love in my life!
I've been contemplating different challenges I can set for myself to keep me motivated. I used to think I wasn't very competitive, but I've learned that I like to win more often than not and I like being right. What women doesn't? :) So...
My first goal is to not gain weight over the holiday season. There is Thanksgiving and Christmas. No need to celebrate every single other day in between.
Thanksgiving went well. this morning the scale was only up a total of .2 pounds! Yesterday it was up only by 1 pound. I'm thinking it was mostly water weight from foods my body isn't used to handling. I'd call enjoying my thanksgiving meal in moderation a success! So# 1) no gaining. I want to lose.
There are 5 more weeks left in the year. 10 pounds? I'm going to claim it. By Dec. 31st.... 10 pounds less mommy.
