In short, my life is pretty normal. My husband and I have 2 beautiful children, ages 2 and 4. I am a wife
and a mommy 24/7. Its not always pretty or glamorous, but its part of
our life and I love it.
I'm an artist and a lover of baking.

I've been on a journey to a healthier me for many years now... I battled
cushing's disease and had a pituitary surgery in 2005 to remove the tumor. While I no longer have the tumor, the damage that the disease did still lingers. I'm over weight and I also have diabetes and high blood pressure. I'm trying to win the fight for my health.
Why "Diet Naked"? Diet Naked embraces the no-hiding philosophy, the idea
that when we diet in plain sight, no longer lying about eating in the
dark, we are motivated and encouraged and forced to be successful. And thats what I strive to be.... successful. Through life's ups and downs and twists and turns. I want to be healthy for myself and for my family.
Love your blog and reasons for getting your nose pierced. The nose stud really compliments your pretty face and cute nose. I'm currently on a similar journey wanting "to belong," but also wanting my nose pierced too. Looking for guidance about your sojourn. Wonder if you might drop me an e-mail to ask some questions.
