Yesterday was tough. Both my kids were running a high fever and feeling terrible. I couldn't do anything to make them happy. I stress eat really bad.... and we were down 5 cookies by the end of the day. It would have been more, but we ran out of cookies. I quit beating myself up over what I couldn't change and focused on making sure I got my workout in.
Yesterday wasn't a day that I've set aside for cardio workouts, so I did my strength training and kept my mouth shut the rest of the day unless it was something very healthy. I still came out ok in the end calorie wise. Today I feel like a baby cow while walking around. ouchie. I'm glad I'm feeling the muscle fatigue though. It means I did something right. Today will be a day on the treadmill!
